Matt made room for me at the end of the day and worked late to be sure the issues in my roof were resolved before the next rain. He also gave a very honest and detailed assessment of the rest of the roof and what I might want to do myself to be sure it's good to go into the future. Excellent service and quality of work. In six years, Mark and Steve have always come with a smile, didn't try to sell us on something we didn't need. They just fix the problem. Once again we called Mark who fixed our shingles, and stressed to us that you don't need a new roof right now. If he'd have said we needed one, we'd went ahead. But he didn't. They are the most honest genuine folks, you feel you've always known and grown up with them. They are the only company we'd trust to steer us in the right direction. Cox and Sons were a local referral once we moved to the area for a new roof and repair. They did excellent work and were two days faster than the company I used prior to moving. Their execution was phenomenal with the edge work, flashing and runners. I'm going to call them again for other projects that need doing beyond my current scope of knowledge and timeline.
