We purchased a house just outside of Murphy and the house had extremely low water pressure throughout. It was to the point that showering was impossible. We called Kelley Pump Service and they were extremely kind and helpful on the phone and got guys to our house in a very reasonable amount of time. The guys who came out were kind and professional throughout their work. They explained every possibility and what steps we would take. They helped me to understand the reasons behind what they were doing and made great recommendations. They found and fixed the issue in a timely manner and were extremely respectful. I hope to not need their services again for a long time for the well and pump, but would definitely use them for other related projects! Great work!

We moved up here last year and had to replace spring pump, they went over and beyond what I expected.

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND KELLEY PUMP SERVICE! My wife busted a PVC water pump pipe and had no water upon arriving to lake cabin. From the original call to Angie/ Angela to the service technician Michael, everything was handled promptly. She called at 7:00 am and by 7:45 the technicians had already arrived at the cabin. The pipe was replaced and fees to correct were VERY REASONABLE! I trust Kelley Pump and will be using them for all our water needs.

I normally don't do reviews just read them when I'm researching a vendor or a product. Felt compelled to take a minute as I didn't see very good remarks on this company when I originally researched them the other day and kept trying to find another company to call because of it. They deserve to have a 5 star rating however as we had a great experience with them. I spent 3-4 hrs trying to find a company to come out as our whole house water filtration system wasn't working. I couldn't find a soul that wanted to come to Hayesville, we were too far for anyone to travel and one company was going to charge a $300 trip charge because of the drive. These people are friendly enough but they do not know what they are doing. I am on spring water with a jet pump and my pump would not switch off it was going on-off-on-off. . I had one of the old tanks the galvanized steel and I had had it welded because of a hole. Kelly Pump said that the tank could not get air because I had welded it and talked me into a new tank. The pump was still doing the same thing after the new tank was installed despite four calls to Kelly Pump. I talked with the owner and he refused to make it good. The pipes were not aligned properly and kept leaking - they did come out three times to fix the leakingleaking pipes each time sending me a bill for 86.00 in addition to the 400.00 I had paid them for the tank.
