Woodard has given me exceptional service. Just this morning I called in before they opened, explaining that I could not figure out how to replace my thermostat batteries. Then right after 8am Woodard called to say they would be right over!!!!!! A very nice looking lady showed up and proceeded to open my 2 thermostats and changed the batteries for me in ...5 minutes. WOW. And when I had HVAC problems earlier last month a Woodard man was totally booked that day but still came over to my house at 5:30pm to fix the problem. He got everything working but said he ordered a new part and would be back when he got it. And sure enough in a couple of days there he was at....5:30pm in the snow and the serious cold, while the sun was setting, installing the new part. WOW! Awesome service. Thank you

My heat pump failed and I was cold and unhappy. Woodard Electric Services came to my house, identified the problem, and fixed it, all at warp speed and at a good price. I recommend them to you.

After a tough job, they were able to get my furnace working right before winter. I'm extremely grateful. Highly recommend.

Whenever we need to call Woodard, they are extremely prompt about coming out. We will use them every time. With an air b and b, we cannot wait days for someone to come out when the air conditioner goes out for some reason.
