CE (Carrier Enterprise)

It’s a Friday morning and we know how busy it gets around midday, with 3 orders to load up. I wasn’t sure how I was going to work it all out, that’s when I got to Andrew R desk and he sorted things out for me, was very helpful, displayed knowledge on the units and knew just how much space they would take up. When you come to this Carrier locations make you sure you talk to Andrew and he’ll get you sorted out and ready to get back on the road in no time. Excellent customer service. Looking forward to shopping here again.

I arrived extremely late for my appointment and the receiving person was absolutely generous to me, he and his assistant were very friendly and courteous.They unloaded me very quickly and I was on my way to my next stop. Great appreciation for those gentlemen.👍🏽

No one is manning the parts desk and 20+ contractors are waiting. Its been 20 minutes so far. Im just here to pick up parts on will call

Constantly sit on hold for often 30 or more minutes before being hung up on, customer service is deplorable UPDATE: After CE reached out to me with further support on my issue and explained their online support to me in more detail I changed my review to reflect their response and support that I received.
