CE (Carrier Enterprise)

I ordered a part from this company and was promised it would arrive within 2 - 3 business days. Unfortunately, my experience since then has been nothing short of frustrating. Each time I call to check on the status, my call is routed to a different branch because the Herndon/Sterling location never picks up the phone. This has happened every single time I’ve called. To make matters worse, the wait time for each call is at least 10 - 15 minutes, often stretching to 45 minutes, only to be transferred to another branch and receive no helpful information. Initially, I was told the part was "in transit" and would arrive at the beginning of the week. When I called back at the start of the week, the same cycle repeated - no one from the local store answered, and I was routed elsewhere. After ano

Went to exchange part from other ce that was ordered by ser # from office to parts person at ce Alexandria (wrong size pulley and bore ) sterling counter person was Cedric who fixed problem and with some water cooler talk help me get my taxes back from H&R block with some info I did not know about so THANKS CE for all ur help even if it all wasn't CE related 👍 😀 🙂 😊

Just bought Carrier furnace blower wheel. First, they said they will not sell it if I don't have contract license saying it is nation-wide policy. I can see this item was even sold by Walmart before. Anyhow finally they sold it for me as generosity because of cold weather at $139 + tax, even when I check the price in the internet, it is OEM price range of $81 ~ $116 with free shipping. Furthermore, they said it is "Nonreturnable" and wrote in my receipt. Not sure this is happening only in this location or this is usual case in other distributer, but I hope I can avoid CE in future
