The hand wheel on my old singer sewing machine would barely turn, and the belt was shredded. Chris took a $40 deposit, had my sewing machine for several weeks. When I got it back, it was worse than when I started. The belt was replaced, but the hand wheel did nothing, even though it would spin with the belt. When I turned the knob in the center of that, which is only used to engage or disengage the drive shaft, like a clutch, IT turned the drive shaft. It was impossible for the machine to run. Nevertheless, Chris left a small piece of fabric, with zig-zag stitching on it, under the presser foot, and the thread attached. My machine does not sew a zig-zag pattern that large, and since it was mechanically impossible for it to have done so, it is evident that he sewed it on another machine, le

Great customer service. Always have in inventory the Vacuum bags that I Need. They repair as needed, the machines they sell. Warranties are honored. They have been on business for over 60 years. The reason for that, is their repeat clusters. I will keep coming back to this business.

My vacume is not quite fixed yet, but the person who has been helping me has been great. Profesional, transparent and gave me the details of why and how not to have this issue happen again. I feel confident that the repair will be as good as the customer service.

There's nothing more refreshing than to meet an owner who clearly knows all about vacuum cleaners; literally, inside and out. I was SO IMPRESSED with meeting Chris. His knowledge for the consumer is stellar! He clearly wants his customers to be happy. He answered every question I had about vacuum cleaners and I purchased one that met all my needs.
