I met three incredibly knowledgeable, polite but friendly kind men when my house had water damage from my hot water tank leak. They informed me every step of their procedures before they start processing, they explain everything the way I can understand, they called me everyday when they are on their way, they even showed me what they found under my floor for possible hazards and gave me an advice to take care of it before accident happens. They gave me great pricing for extra work outside of my insurance. And they referred me to this incredible Restration company too! If something happened to my house in the future, I would definitely contact these people. Thank you so much for your help!

We had extensive water damage from our washer that overflowed on the 2nd floor. This caused a great amount of water to leak through our living room ceiling and into our walk-in closet. After calling the insurance company, they assigned Expert Restoration as our mitigation team. I was unsure what to expect, but they walked us through what they were testing and how they would proceed. They made sure we understand things as they went along, and they coordinated with the insurance company before starting which took the burden off of us. Bobby and his crew were wonderful and started the restoration process. They were prompt, thorough, courteous and very professional. Water damage to water heater closet and adjoining floor. I called the office and spoke with Decembre. She was a pleasure to work and scheduled the appointment for a quote. Joyce was excellent at answering all my questions regarding the repair quote. Gideon, Bobby, and Chris did a fantastic job with the floor repair and mitigation. The cost was reasonable.

Never under estimate a little drip under your kitchen sink .When Expert Restoration came out they exsposed the damaged flooring and back wall as well as under the house. Joyce was wonderful.She kept in contact with us returning my calls and text through out the process. Bobby and his team removed the damaged area in a timely matter so we could safely return home in a few days.Highly recommend Expert Restoration.

Expert Restoration did outstanding on our water damage in the kitchen. They handled the problem immediately, with professionalism, and took care of what needed to be done.
