Hydro Heroes helped me with a mold inspection and gave me advice on how to remove some flooring in my house. It’s always nice to find a company that doesn’t give you that feeling like you’re being taken advantage of. Benson does a great job at providing options but not pressuring you into any of them. His customer service is excellent, especially in a world that seems to be leaving personable and attentive care in the past. He responds quickly and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

He showed up within 1 hour, was able to diagnose the extent of damage immediately, and recommended a cost-effective method to address it - without hiring his company! No out-of-pocket cost and I am now confident enough to address this work myself. These guys aren't just here to make a buck off a bad situation - they're truly heroes that provide exceptional service.

Hydro Heroes did an excellent job managing the inspection, remediation, and repair of our mold-damaged garage. A slow water leak within the condensation pump of our furnace caused extensive mold damage in the raised floor and along the wall behind the furnace and hot water heater. All of that equipment had to be removed, the back wall repaired, and the floor replaced. It was a mess. But Benson and his team were fantastic! He went above and beyond to help manage the entire process; even coordinating with other contractors on our behalf to ensure every aspect of this complicated job was completed in a timely manner and to the Hydro Heroes standard. I am very happy with the final results. Excellent work!

Heck yea!! Benson is the man! Him and his budy Joas know EXACTLY what they're doing! They have LOTS of experience doing Commercial/Industrial and Residential demo and restoration, and hazmat abatement! He has excellent equipment and tools for doing the job right! As someone whos done hazmat, asbestos, lead, and large Commercial sized black mold abatement jobs, and Commercial construction jobs🚧🏗, he definitely gets my approval! Knows his stuff! He just moved from Idaho building his business with his wife and kids. Awesome as an part time Idahoan myself haha🤠. So DEFINITELY HELP HIM OUT! He helped us out with our water/black mold damage at out farm facility! Definitely was nice having him come and help! Would've been hard to do by myself!
