We recently worked with Central Coast Flooring on a property we were preparing to list, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The difference their work made in the space was truly incredible—it completely elevated the overall look and feel of the home. Chad and Kevin were great to work with. They got out to the property quickly, provided a competitive bid, and were flexible and accommodating with our timeline. Their communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process, which made everything go smoothly. We had the best experience with Central Coast Flooring, Cabinets, and Granite. We got several bids before deciding to go with them. They weren’t the cheapest (but you never want to go with cheapest anyway). They were reasonably priced. They didn’t have a lot of reviews like one of the other companies, so we were a little skeptical at first. After meeting them, we KNEW this was the company. We just liked their demeanor and if they’re going to be in our house for weeks on end, it’s important to like them personally. We had never remodeled a kitchen so we needed lots of help. The crew they had to do the piece work was amazing. Their “tile” contractor was amazing! We had them install quartzite with a back splash, a new sink, and a build up on top of our cabinets. It turned out SO beautiful!! W

Chad Randall and his team did a tremendous job when we had a one bedroom rental apartment throughly brought back from significant water damage. Floors, walls, furniture and plumbing issues were restored competently and with no wasted time. And at quite a reasonable cost. Usually two guys, their work started early and went late into the afternoon throughout this project. A major reason we chose Chad's offer was his competency when he came to outline for us the various steps through completion. He was so knowledgeable. I used Central Coast Flooring for two recent projects in my rental property. The first was installation of vinyl flooring tiles in the kitchen, laundry, and bath of a small home. Chad and Kevin were super. They worked hard, kept a neat work area, and worked closely with me so that I could coordinate plumbing work that had to be sequenced with the floor work. The floor came out great and they took care of all the final little details (trim, etc.) just like they said they would. I was very pleased with both the quality and cost of the project.
