I called SLO Dryer Vent Cleaning when I learned it was an important part of preparing a house for renting. I honestly had no idea that regular cleaning was so important and that these vents are often overlooked until there's a serious problem, like a fire. In any case, when I called to set up an appointment they were extremely helpful in finding a slot that fit my busy schedule. Best of all, my technician, Matias, was great. He arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend SLO Dryer Vent.

The technician, Mathias, was competent, punctual, efficient, and knowledgeable. It was very nice for the back of the dryer to be thoroughly cleaned (of lint primarily). I was disappointed that my dryer’s back pressure only dropped from 0.72 to 0.59 after cleaning. Since 0.60 back pressure is considered “ restrictive” by your own worksheet standards, I’m barely below that threshold after cleaning.. I expected a much larger drop in exhaust duct back pressure. Perhaps, I had unrealistic expectations that cleaning would significantly lower my back pressure.

Gary is a great guy who did a great job. Cleaned my dryer vent and explained the whole process. He quoted me price for the job and spent the next 2 hours cleaning the vent tube, new vent hose, new vent cover for the outside and cleaning and inspection of cloths dryer. After the cleaning said i dont need to call him for 2 YEARS. Came on time for appt and text me before arriving. Good experience.
