Charged Up EVs

For the next phase of our home electrification project, SLO Climate Coalition recommended I consider Charged Up EVs. This was a complicated phase where we needed to address limitations of a packed 200-amp panel and consider adding batteries in support of our two solar systems. We wanted to add circuits for an EV charger, and in the future final phase, a heat pump water heater, an inductive cook top, and a couple of other lower amp circuits. Mike knows his stuff and talked me through the options which included replacing the existing panel that only had 80-amp output with a 200-amp panel that could output 200-amps. The would then feed the new Gen3 48 circuit Spann panel where you can individually observe and manage each circuit. He also walked me through the best approach for adding batterie

You can NOT go wrong with Charged Up EV's. Mike, the owner, is so helpful and knowledgeable in terms of understanding an EV charger install. He's extremely thorough and will keep you educated during the entire process. He got our charger hooked up quickly and followed through on everything he said he would. And not only that, but when the project was wrapped up he sent a very thorough email with all the information we would need to apply for rebates.
