Carpet looks great and installers were very efficient and careful. We are very pleased with results and appreciate Sandy’s patience in our selection process.

With the latest flooring project completed our house now has 100% of the flooring provided and installed by Phillips Flooring. We have found that Sandy is excellent at her job. We recently wanted to replace the tile that covers approximately half of our house. We really did not know what we wanted. Sandy picked the tile for us that blended well with the other flooring in our home. The job is now complete and we love it. Sandy did such a great job.

We went in to simply browse and learn about options of flooring and were given the best tutoring by Sandy! She’s a wealth of knowledge and taught us so much. She knows her stuff! If you’re uncertain about what you want she’s able to walk you through various options without applying pressure and allows the customer to choose freely, again, without pressure. The store is well organized and the products are fine quality. Displays are inviting and customer service excelled. The store has a very pleasant vibe—great place to go if you’re needing new flooring!

Phillips Flooring did a great job with our flooring project. We were switching from carpet to hard flooring and Sandy gave us essential advice on how to protect the new flooring, since we were hard flooring rookies. We chose the Marmoleum planks and LOVE our new flooring. We did our project in two phases, our downstairs last year and our upstairs this year, and Sandy was very helpful coordinating it all, as well as coming up with a flooring solution for our six interior steps. It was nice working with the same people, Sandy and Chris, the installer, for both phases. Any concerns or questions we had were addressed promptly by Sandy, which was really helpful...especially while we were trying to function and think clearly in a disrupted home.
