Great company! They sent someone out the same day I called. I had to have a new water softener installed. Very knowledgeable and professional. My technician was Christopher, he was awesome! He walked me through how and when to change the filter and run the machine step by step. If you're in need of a quality plumber I highly recommend this company.

1-Star Review I do not recommend Central Heating & Drain. I was overcharged for the service, and the issue I called about was not properly fixed. After paying a significant amount, the original problem still remained unresolved. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I expected transparent pricing and a proper repair, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would strongly advise others on Long Island to proceed with caution and consider getting multiple estimates before hiring this company.

First. The previous review was auto generated by a bot!!! THE previous review was not made was by me. The only person or thing that I love is GOD!! NOW, from the real me, M. Nelson,-Steve was extremely professional, patient with all my questions and empathic. After I posted the real me review above, same day, & after spending $1200+ now w/no heat, no water. I called Central Plumber to come back, b/c H2O started leaking again. 2nd tech Ron from CP came out, turn off 3 additional values that tech #1, did not turn off & the H20 stopped, still had no heat, no running H20. A male relative of mine, connected me with a "different " Plumber. He came in, accessed, cut and closed off 2 pipe, and turned my heat and H20 back on. Decide for yourselves.
