Roto Drains

Called Roto Drains because my detached garage drain was backing up with water and reached out for a service. Spoke with the office and inquired what a it would cost to snake the drain. Office informed me that it would be $125 but if I waited until the next day it would be $85. I agreed for the next day and was told between 10-12pm. Next day comes and the time window passes without any word or update from Roto Drains. I reached out again to the office to see if there was any issues or delays and they informed me that they’ll check and get right back to me. I never received a return phone call but the service tech did eventually show up at 4:15. I explained to the tech my situation and he agreed with my assumption that the garage drain just needed to be snaked. He then asked if I was told an

Thank you Roto drains. I’ve experienced great on-time service. The plumbers were very knowledgeable, figured out exactly what the problem is, what caused it , and took care of it. Explaining to me why it happened and exactly what’s going on every step of the way . They work very efficiently and clean. I appreciate the reasonable pricing !
