Jim, the owner and his father, were very helpful and accommodating. They ordered our rugs, got them in and cut them to length. Jim Was great with instructions And even lent me a tool to use over the weekend Free of charge. They are both really good people.

Jim was great to deal with throughout. Honest and patient with all our questions. The crew that did the install was fast and clean. Will definitely do business again as we need more flooring.

Jim and his crew did a huge job at FoltsBrook Adult Home. His crew was very professional and very easy to work with, especially having to work around residents. Our management team, staff, residents and family members could not have been happier with the service and the end product. Jim is always a phone call away and came here many times during the week of installation to meet with the managers and answer questions. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

Needed new flooring in our mud/laundry room and our go to installer had retired. Took a chance on Johnson's and couldn't be happier!! Love my new floor!!
