Ceper Heating & Cooling

Had an issue with my furnace making alot of noise and heating up. Marc came the next day to fix both issues. My home is back warm and no more loud noises. He’s great with communication and comes when he says he will come. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

My furnace wasn’t working properly and I was sent a very nice, courteous and professional serviceman named Mark. Called to let me know he was on his way came in and removed his shoes and looked at my furnace and fixed it in no time. Answered all my questions very well. It was a sensor that needed replacing. I highly recommend his company and services.

We had such a great experience with Marek! He was so kind, professional, and made the whole process stress-free. He explained everything clearly, fixed our AC quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. On top of that, he was genuinely sweet and respectful, which made the experience even better. It’s not easy to find people who are both skilled and caring, but he was exactly that. Highly recommend!
