Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, & Electric

I would absolutely never recommend this company to ANYONE. Had my $23k Lennox system installed end of November 2025 and it’s yet to work properly. I’ve had at least 8 different technicians, multiple no shows by other techs, and still new problems while old problems still remain. I’ve also been left without heat multiple times on nights when it hit -30F…I had to sleep on my laundry room floor next to a space heater and my 2 young children along with my 3 XL tropical birds that I had to put in dog cages bc the house dropped into the 50s. This is happening as I type…still no heat and now water pouring out of my furnace bottom. I called for emergency service but they said it’ll be tomorrow. Must be nice to take my money and not care once you’ve been paid. To everyone reading - please find some

We are new customers and had a Cleaning scheduled for the first week of Feb We noticed the heat levels in the house were not aligning with the thermostat settings and called for help. The staff put us on the calendar immediately. Your very professional, kind technician showed up in less than 10 hours after our call ( we did not think this was an emergency) and Thoroughly assessed the situation. It was the furnace not the thermostat. He very carefully listed our options and associated costs. He made the process so easy and we felt very well informed. He even made arrangements for the furnace to be replaced the same day in anticipation of the cold snap. He stayed to begin dismantling the old unit to improve their installation process and he returned with his coworker as scheduled and Com

My husband called four seasons as we have previously trusted them with installing a new HVAC and had a positive experience so when we started having plumbing issues they were the first people we contacted. Within the day they sent out Aiden who quickly identified the issue and rectified it within hours. He was very nice and communicated with not only me but my husband via phone. Highly recommended!

My 39 yr old boiler stopped working on one of our subzero days, of course. Adam was out same day to diagnose what was wrong and get the heat working again, while the proper repair parts were searched out. Luckily they were found and shipped to my home quickly. Miguel installed them and we are toasty warm. Both men were very personable and explained everything to me. Gave me prices of repair parts needed vs purchase new boiler. Both prices were reasonable. I will definitely use them again in the future. PS need a person answering the phone, not AI.

We are very satisfied with the professionalism, expertise and workmanship both on sight and in the office from four seasons. Scheduling was great with really good communication. We got a good laugh with a human about their AI scheduler. “She is learning”. We did have some concerns that were professionally and courteously responded to by Customer Service.
