I recently had an issue with my new Hayward pool heater and called on Friday to schedule an appointment. My service was set for Monday, May 11, with a time frame of 7 AM to 7 PM. John promptly called at noon to inform me he’d be arriving within half an hour, and true to his word, he arrived on time. John and his young assistant just installed our new pool heater. My husband and I are in our late 70's and my husband has suffered 3 strokes and is unable to do maintenance etc. on pool equipment.
