I honestly can’t say enough great things about this company. They picked up our off-white area rug and runner less than two weeks before Thanksgiving and returned them beautifully clean and ready for the holiday. Communication was excellent, I spoke to a real person right away, and the pickup/drop-off crew was so kind and professional. It’s clear this is a family-owned business that truly cares about their customers. I’ve already told so many friends about them and will absolutely use them again.

Hired Executive Green Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpet in the stairwell in my apartment building - six landings, approximately 48 stairs. There were stains a previous carpet cleaning company couldn't get out, along with gum stuck to the carpet. Executive Green was able to remove the stains and the gum and the carpeting looks amazing! The landlord came by the following day and couldn't believe how good the stairwell looked. Entire job took under 30 minutes and again, they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Executive Green.

From the moment Mitch and Bianca came through my front door I knew it would be a great experience. The explained their carpet cleaning process very thoroughly before they started so I knew what to expect. I had 4 rooms 12 stairs and a hallway done and it only took them about 1.5 hours. They put down corner protectors so their hoses wouldn't damage my walls as well as moving blankets on the other floors for protection. But the best part was how CLEAN they got my carpets. One room in particular had a lot of wear and dirt because of the traffic. Bianca called me into the room to show me the difference before she finished and it was incredible. I was happy to find a service offering a "green" solution, one who used safer chemicals; but, I was concerned about how effective it would be compared to those who use chemical soaps, etc. Kelly took my call, and with deft knowledge she compared their services to traditional carpet cleaning methods. We recently moved into a new house with carpeting in the basement. Due to time and scheduling constraints, we opted for DIY solution with a Rug Doctor rental. This helped somewhat for a few months, but in reality we needed a professional service. Based on some the reviews I read, I called Executive Green Carpet Cleaning and was given a quote based on the square footage of the room. The lady was able to get me in within a few days with an estimated service window between 12 - 3. Two gentlemen showed up before 2pm and got to work right away on basement area which took roughly an hour. Despite the age of the carpets, they now look nearly brand new and the couple of stains that we tried, but failed to remove ourselves with the rental machine are gone!
