Matt quickly responded, gave me very competitive pricing and the Certapro team got the work done for us within 72 hours of my initial contact. Definitely five stars for CertaPro Painters! From the start, the scheduling process for our estimate was quick and thorough. We ended up having to adjust parts of the project after coordinating with our flooring team and bathroom remodeler—yes, we had three home projects happening at once! The original estimate was that painting our entire first floor would take two to three days, but it ultimately took five. Given a family emergency and another work situation at a different job site, the delay was completely understandable. What really impressed me was the team’s communication—they kept us informed every step of the way, explained the reasons for the delay, and outlined their plan to stay on track.
