We had a great experiences with Plymouth Plumbing on our last 2 construction projects. We worked with Katherine in the office for quotes and product selection and Chris was our plumber out on site. Communicate was great and they were enjoyable to work with. We look forward to working with them again on future projects.

We called Plymouth Plumbing because we had a leak around our water heater and furnace. The problem was diagnosed as being a problem with the water heater. A few days later, we noticed water again in the same places. I called and got the owner on the phone and he and I were able to diagnose the issue as being condensation from the air conditioner and a clogged hose. I was able to fix the issue myself based on his explanation and the water stopped. We received a bill for the full cost of the water heater. I was initially very frustrated with the bill. After discussing with the owner, we were able to work out a compromise on the bill... we did start with a 7 year old water heater and ended up with a brand new one. I had a water softener blow it's seal in the middle of the night... Woke up to the broken unit pouring water out all over my basement. Called Plymouth Plumbing & Heating and they were over that morning to help me. They installed a much more durable unit that is still working great!! The tech was professional and friendly, as well. Can't say enough good things about this company! Highly recommended!!
