Precision Floors & Decor

We had glue down flooring installed in mid January the crew did the prep work over several days installed the floor and it looks great. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them. Also had carpet installed on 2/26 they also did an excellent job. Anyone thinking about having flooring put in should seriously consider using precision floors and decor we are 100% sold on them

I am very happy with our floors. The process was professional, to the point and had a clear timeline. Not only did the work get done in the time they aloted, our floors are absolutely beautiful. The guys who had to be in our house for several days were a pleasure to have around. I would recommend Precision Floors to anyone.

We had a kitchen and living room remodel completed a few years ago, we went to precision flooring and explained our needs (kids and a dog) we after consulting with them we recommended to use a certain engineered wood laminate flooring. After a few years the laminate has started to wear and some laminate has lifted, precision has sent there guy out to inspect the flooring, he agreed this was not right and something was wrong with the flooring, after a long delay of communication I decided to stop at there Plymouth store, at that time there person in charge who is aware of our situation, walked through new options of flooring due to all our flooring was going to be removed and SHE, went out of her way to explain we will not even need to move furniture etc...they needed to know if flooring wa

I had my windows measured for shades in late December. I called them early February to inquire when I could expect my install. My order had been lost, apparently. They were going to call me back and send an estimate and request a deposit. No one called me back and no mail either. I am an established customer with them. I would expect better service.
