CertaPro Painters of Schaumburg, IL

This is the second time that I've used CertaPro of Schaumburg in the last 2 years. Rocky was very helpful in getting me a quote all the way until the project was completed. The painters arrived at the scheduled time and finished when they said they would. Did an excellent job of painting my ceiling and cleaning up when done. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

We recently had our gazebo painted and couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism and care. The salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure all of our questions were answered. The painters arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. Highly recommend this team for anyone looking for quality work and great customer service!

The communication through the whole process was excellent. Even when a problem came up they went out of their way to fix it and Megan stayed in communication with us the entire time. Great experience! Will use them again!

Quality was so poor we had to have them come back TWICE and there are still issues. They used the wrong paint color on multiple walls, left paint drips and wipes on floor and doors, and were completely unresponsive until we cancelled payment in order to get a return phone call. See images for some of many issues with these painters and then HIRE A DIFFERENT COMPANY! -Scratched floor moving furniture (I was home during painting and told them I would move the furniture and they did this without telling me) -Painted walls wrong color -Did not paint enough coats to cover up the color they originally painted -When called back out to fix issues with base color showing through new paint, they only painted patches instead of the entire wall -Did not remove vents and light switches to paint behind

The CertaPro crew that did the work for us was very efficient. They kept things clean, covered, and did a massive amount of painting work in one day. The work included two bathrooms, ceilings, trim, walls, everything plus the entire downstairs ceilings. We will definitely use them again!
