They no showed my appointment. I confirmed the day prior for John to come do a quote for an a/c unit and the 12:30-2:30 appointment window came and past without so much as a text to inform me. Unprofessional and careless. Update/response: you never called either of us. I was at the house all day waiting for you to arrive. I confirmed on the phone and via your automated system. You are liars and dishonest people. If something was unclear about the appointment you should have cleared it up at the time of scheduling. It’s sad and pathetic you can’t accept you failed a potential customer and chose instead to push blame instead. Best to you? What a joke.

The estimator came out to the house to look and never sent the estimate from a month ago. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time…

This service has been excellent in maintaining our heating and air conditioning systems. They have consistently been responsive to our needs and proactive. The back office people are pleasant, polite and helpful, and they make it easy for us to keep on track with appropriate service visits. They also have relatively narrow (two hour) service windows so that instead of having to wait for half a day for the technician to arrive, most of your day remains free for you to use. They also have good emergency service availability. C&G always has the best customer service. Madison and Alex are great service technicians. Thorough, nice and professional. Always on time and always communicate if there is going to be any issues. I strongly Recommend them. I've had them for several years and never an issue!
