I was given Scott’s contact information this past Saturday by another contractor for emergency ice dam removal after discovering Friday evening that I had active interior damage from heavy snow loads and ice buildup on my roof. Water was actively leaking into my home. I sent Scott a text, and he called me Sunday morning to discuss the situation. During that conversation, he stated that he charges $750 per hour just to show up, and that he would need access to my water and electricity to run his equipment. I asked for clarification on the pricing, specifically why the machine cost so much to operate. He explained that the machine cost him $10,000 to purchase and runs on 15 gallons of diesel. The roof installation was done professionally, the pricing was very fair, and it is so reassuring to know they stand by their work. Our house had a bad case of ice dams which needed immediate attention. Scott called within a few hours with a fair quote. His crew came the next day, and did a thorough job of clearing out snow from the whole roof (not just where the ice had accumulated). Scott also followed up a few days later to check if we had more leaks. Highly recommend

I had an ice damn on my new roof. Sj Winn crew came out right away and removed the ice dam without any damage to my new shingles. They made sure not to burry or damage my condensing unit while removing the ice and snow. A great company!

Scott and his crew removed the snow/ice dams off of my roof. His crew went above and beyond and shoveled off my porch and deck too after the 20 inches of snow we had. Everyone was very professional and quick responses. Thank you - would definitely use again.
