Jesse explained that it was the flat paint that caused this and explained the difference with reflective and absorbing paint. He also suggested to use a mold and mildew killer paint primer. He was very friendly and flexible with scheduling. Highly recommended.

After getting quotes from 4 different painting companies, Jesse from Pine Ridge Painting LLC was by far the BEST. He returned calls promptly, was very professional and easy to work with. Took him only 4 ½ days to paint and make many wall repairs - 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen and even painted some vinyl on the outside too. We purchased a townhouse in town recently and moved in about a month ago. The colors in the living room, and entry way, as well as the kitchen and stairwell to the second floor were atrocious, very dark colors and the entryway and second floor stairwells have super high ceilings. When we contacted Jesse at Pine Ridge Painting he got back to us right away and gave us a very reasonable quote. Jesse did such an outstanding job! He is on time, very knowledgeable and meticulous. He literally transformed all the rooms. They look amazing. Highly recommend!
