Fritz Air was fantastic from start to finish. They came out within an hour and a half of my original service call, which was impressive. The woman handling the calls was fantastic and very helpful. The technicians were knowledgeable, efficient, and quickly diagnosed and solved the issue with my water heater. They are professional, responsive, and reliable. I would highly recommend Fritz Air and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. Thank you so much!

I have only had 2 experiences with Fritz Air. In both cases the response was excellent. The last was an issue with my on demand hot water heater. I called them at 8 am and the were at my home by 8:40. They resolved the issue to our complete satisfaction. I realize it's not resonable to expect such rapid response every time but was certainly nice. I

Our heat stopped working on Christmas Eve, and the Fritz folks were able to come out that night and resolve the issue. Brayden immediately identified the problem and installed a new controller for us. Highly recommend these guys and the work that they do.

Fritz Air was recommended to us because we needed our furnace serviced for the winter. Their line of work includes servicing of furnaces, boilers, heat & air conditioning, oil tanks, gas & oil services, duct fabrication, and custom sheet metal fabrication. When we called to book an appointment, they were available and prompt on the day of the appointment. At another time, our furnace was down and they were out quickly to diagnose the issue. They were speedily and available at all hours, especially when an emergency arised. They found the issue our furnace had. Thankfully, the issue was resolved by them and the furnace and heat is currently still working. Since it's winter, it's crucial that we have heat. Our 25 year old oil boiler decided to end its life in December. My wife and I were anxious to say the least. After meeting with several contractors, we had tremendous sticker shock. We were also very confused because each contractor told us different stories and solutions. It was like asking a carpenter, "what is the best replacement window." A very busy local contractor told us to try Ben, and we could not be happier. You could tell immediately that he was an honest guy who was not looking to take advantage. He treated us with respect and explained every answer to every question no matter how trivial. His crew was incredibly hard working, clean, thorough, and just all around great guys. Whenever there was a question, I knew that if I called Ben's number that he would pick it up.
