Champion Replacement Windows of Philadelphia

It's been an extremely long road with Champion I wouldn't recommend them to anyone More than 3 years ago I contracted and paid for 4 custom windows It took forever (6 months+) for them to come in Once they were here, the installers broke one of the windows and did not have a screen for another It took at least 20-30 phone calls to get the rep to respond to my calls for a status of the repair and screen over the course of 3 years A repair person finally came out at 2 years but wasn't able to do anything because the rep had completely misrepresented the case We started again This time it took about a year Finally a repair person and his trainee came out and fixed the broken window but still, no screen He said it would be a week... It's been 6 months Now, there's a recall on my windows. Calle

Davon was a great rep. He was transparent and you could sense his honesty as a sales rep. Highly recommend him. The subcontractor was great and professional.
