Chance Materials

Very unprofessional, my wife was driving down the road running a few errands. Then a rock came off the untarped ten yarder and hit my wife's windshield She pulled out her phone to get information from that vehicle. Where that rock came from and found out it was Chance Material. I contacted the company and got a hold of the general manager at first they said they would replace my wife's windshield and then they decided because the video did not show the rock hitting the bottom corner right of the driverside window that they will not replace it. Even if it was a dash cam, it wouldn't show a rock, hitting the bottom corner of the driver's side window the truck it was completely in D.O.T violation if the rock was any bigger, they could have ran my wife right off the road. He said, just take it
