They charged me $755 to snake the toilet drain and to remove a clog but they ended up with breaking the backwater valve and they refused to fix it and asked me to pay extra $800 just to locate it. They are unprofessional impolite not honest and very greedy. They spent more than 3 hours for snake the toilet as they are very slow and reluctant. I don’t recommend them to anyone.

My kids threw a toy into the toilet and kept using it - needless to say we needed a professional to fix it! Murphy Plumbing came right away. They were extremely professional, explained everything along the way, and were very tolerant of all the kids standing there asking questions as he worked. Hopefully I don't need to call a plumber again but if I do, I will be calling them again! Highly recommend!

Honest company that saved me thousands by telling me I could get Delta parts for free for my shower leak instead of quoting me 2k like Larry and Sons did. I was able to fix myself for less than 10 bucks. While they didn't get my business this time, I definitely plan on using again I'm the future. Highly recommend based on honesty.

Same day service for a well pump issue solved in under 5 hours. They charge hourly but no nickel and diming after that and they work quick. Bryan arrived promptly, professionally, and conducted a number of tests to determine the issue before pulling the well and finding a split wire. Replaced it quick and is now working good as new.

I was pleasantly surprised at you company's good quality, value, and professional service. My water heater needed replacing, and upon servicing, it was determined that I needed an electrical water heater over a gas heater. I thought that it would be more, but, after spending 4 hours and calling in another service vehicle, removing the old water heater, re-doing the piping, installing the new one, etc., the total price was less than that originally quoted. Because I also needed an electrician from another company, I found out that the electrician charged significantly MORE than Murphy for. labor alone. I am thankful for Murphy's service and attention to personal service. I will use them again.
