Robert did a great job fixing up my mother's bathroom. He fixed it, explained the work to her, did the work quickly and cleaned up. We highly recommend using them.

My hot water tank died and I called the company that had it installed while they were changing my heat/air over to a new HVAC system. They said they don’t do plumbing. So the phone numbers they gave me, I got no response. My son-in-law came over and checked the hot water tank to verify it was dead. He called a friend that recommended Charles Francis Plumbing. They came about 8 a.m. the next morning with a new hot water tank. Within an hours they took the dead one out and put the new one in. I thanked them for being so prompt in coming. They were nice, courteous, neat and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber!

These guys are the real deal. Got here, diagnosed the issue within 30 seconds and were out within 15 minutes. We had an issue where we were smelling sewage randomly throughout the house and outside, and they even fixed my tub handle on spot and went under the crawlspace for peace of mind. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will be using them again for all my plumbing needs.

I woke up yesterday morning with no hot water. They explained they would try and repair the current one and if not they had them in stock. So in just a few hours they came out and repaired the current one and gave me a quote on a new one just in case… been using them for about 30 years!
