Beautiful work a commercial mini split for my 2600 sg ft home. Cools and heats the whole house.

Our AC compressor began failing during a heat wave. We had one HVAC contractor come out, who said we needed a new system, which would cost $7,000. Chuck came out and got it running for 2% of that cost. He explained exactly what was wrong —clearly and without talking down to me. In addition, he noted the current system is oversized, so if we do replace it down the road, we can put in a smaller unit for about $5,000. Highly recommend him.

They came out the same day we called them (Thursday). He had the part order and installed Monday morning. Very knowledgeable and fast.

Spring has hit and as a first time home owner I was going through the home and seeing how it handled winter after buying the place in July. Found a few things wrong like the central air units fan not working. I called Charlie and he said he’d try and get out to me in a couple days. I thought well I can adjust my schedule and fit that in. Been calling and waiting here for now three weeks waiting for three weeks with absolutely no return calls, no visits, nothing at all. Needless to say I’m ripping his call number off my furnace and central air and going else where with my money. This guy obviously does not respect individuals time or money. I would absolutely not recommend this guy for any work what so ever. I deem this guy 100% irresponsible and undependable.

Came out during a snowstorm when my furnace stopped working. Walked me through what he was doing and what to look for if it happens again! Super friendly and my dog was super excited for his new friend, the owners son, she made!
