Very happy with Precision Garage Door. Called them Friday 1/23/26 due to a pulley going bad. They were able to schedule me for the next day. Caleb arrived on time, inspected the door, tracks, cables and tension springs. Within a short time he was able to provide me with 4 different options based on the inspection. Caleb went right to work on changing the old tension spring/cable system with a torsion spring. I was unable to be home until the repair was completed but received a phone call from Caleb stating he had finished. Upon arriving home, I was very happy with the job that was done. Caleb was very knowledgeable, respectful and helpful young man. I would highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs.

Great experience with a garage door repair. The technician Zeke was very friendly and knowledgeable, he called when he was on his way and arrived even earlier than the original window I was given. He did a comprehensive inspection of the door and showed me in detail the condition of each item. I appreciated how he explained what was critical and what could probably wait, and he wasn’t pushy at all as I decided what to have done. He was very thorough but worked quickly, and had my garage door up and running smooth in less than an hour. Absolute five star service!

Edited to add communication was wonderful as well!! The gentlemen that came out to do our garage door were very professional and very polite! Wonderful guys! Our door was very old...solid wood and very very unsafe and so heavy the door opener wasn't even working. They replaced the door AND got our automatic door opener to work (which was from 1993 lol)! Zeek, Ian and Al were all wonderful and the job was done quickly and with no mess. Great people and would highly recommend!! 110%!

Preston was knowledgeable and explained everyrhing he seen with my door. A very personable young man. With him there was no pressure tactics. He did in 21/2 hours what would have taken me all day and i still wouldnt have it right. Their not the cheapest but when it comes to paying for expertise and knowledge, dont go cheap.

I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door Service of Central Michigan. They were prompt to answer my call initially and provide repair service. Zeke orovided many options, including a minimal repair to completely replacing all the hardware and door. Since my Garage Door was 35 years old, I ultimately decided to replace my door. I was kept informed and they arrived during the scheduled time. Al and Caleb did a great job replacing the garage door!
