Josh from Kinetico did a fabulous job installing our new softener and RO system. We had a few tight spaces he had to navigate hoses through and he got it done rather effortlessly. He answered all of my questions professionally and without hesitation. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for a new water softener.

Josh came to my house to check out what I thought was an issue with my water softener. Turned out it was an issue with my pressure tank switch but since my softner hadn't been check out in a while I had it inspected. At this point I found out I needed 2 new tanks (house was built in 2007 and I purchased it in 2018 so not sure how it had really been taken care of) Josh came to my house prepared for anything that may have been needed just in case. Replacement was completed quickly and he was very personable!! Overall a great experience

Prompt and friendly service! Mitch replaced our old and worn out softener with new right sized and much quieter one. He worked all day with a smile and a great attitude. He showed us all we needed to know about the new system and a recommended maintenance schedule. Very happy to have softened water again!

Absolutely great experience working with this company. They have installed multiple water systems for me in the past few years. Field Service Technician Braden Ritchie does an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable, personable and did an excellent job with two different water system installations. I would highly recommend this company.
