Roger was excellent! He arrived on time and made the repair (which included removing paneling to fix a burst pipe) within 45 minutes. Costs were reasonable. Roger is truly a professional. The company itself is also excellent. They responded promptly and had Roger assigned and on his way within 10 minutes. Again, excellent work!

Roger Moore came because we found where the leak was coming from. Our old jet tub was leaking. Roger gave us a very fair bid and I might add one company in the area NEVER came and another came and never gave us a bid. Mr Rooter has come ever time we called and done everything they could, including running a free camera to check the line to to curb. Roger and his partner ordered a new Kohler tub and put it in this week. We are very happy and finally, leaks are gone.

I cannot recommend Roger highly enough! After our sump pump failed, I was in a total panic. Roger arrived within an hour of my initial call and immediately validated my concerns, treating the situation like the true emergency it was. He diagnosed the issue in minutes and provided a very fair, transparent estimate. Beyond his technical expertise, he was incredibly cordial, respectful, and understanding. We had a 10/10 experience with Mr. Rooter. They were polite and knowledgeable over the phone and got us scheduled quickly for a technician to come out and give us a quote for our pipe leak. Roger was our technician and he was great. He was communicative, respectful, and very experienced. He fixed our issue in half a day and was upfront about everything as he was doing it.
