Mt. Pleasant Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. did an outstanding job! My boiler broke down unexpectedly, and they came out quickly and fixed it without any hassle. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I truly appreciate their fast response and excellent service—highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating or cooling repairs!

We called for an estimate and they never called back. When they did come out to look at the furnace for an issue they spent 10 minutes here at the most and charged $105. They did get it started. Then when we wanted them to come back out to give an estimate for something we thought they should have noticed when they were out less than a week ago they wanted to charge us another $105. I also had to call them twice again to get crack with us. Disappointed in their lack of response and unwillingness to give a free estimate when they had just been out.

They saved us again! Whether it’s a/c or furnace issues, they’ve never let us down. After being misled by other businesses, I appreciate their honesty and integrity. The furnace/hvac specialists are prompt, polite & professional, and the lady in the office is so sweet and helpful. I always recommend them to anyone needing their services.
