Poor customer service. Had a Kohler toilet installed in October 2023. Had to replace the gasket in 2024, 2 weeks out of warranty and they charged me full price to replace it. The toilet is running again and when I called to ask about why this was happening I was told “we don’t know but we can replace it and since it is out of warranty, I would pay full price.” I think they sold me a lemon or they don’t know how to replace a gasket properly. I had to call a new plumber.

Charles came recommend by word of mouth, and I'm extremely happy I called him. Punctual, knowledgeable, honest and extremely Fair priced. I highly recommend giving him a call for your plumbing needs.

Our toilets and shower backed up this morning. This is a problem that has come and gone over the last 8 years. My husband worked on it for 3 hours with no luck. I looked online for a plumber and came across Charlie's. His reviews were all fantastic and positive. I called him and explained the problem. He quoted me two prices on the phone for depending what it would take to fix it. He came to my house immediately and within minutes figured out and fixed the problem! Charlie is a nice man and knows what he is doing. The price for his work was more than fair! We will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him! Thank you Charlie!
