Chuck and his team identified what could have turned into a major issue with my order and mitigated it through clear communication, teamwork, and integrity. We interviewed several spots around the Capital District before deciding on them and definitely made the right choice. The expertise, customer service, guidance, and communication throughout this process was exceptional! Lindse did an amazing job of taking our wish list of a room that hadn’t even been built yet and helped make it all we wanted and more! I highly recommend them!

I love my new kitchen! Lindse was fantastic to work and made the experience an enjoyable one. She is very professional and has a lot of experience and patience. I chose Omega cabinets which are very well constructed and beautiful. I get many compliments from friends and family. Don’t hesitate to hire this family owned business which has been around since 1928 for a good reason.

After comparing companies around the Capital Region, we went with Chas Burch for our kitchen remodel and we're very glad we did! Lindse really knows her stuff. She was indispensable in helping us pull everything together and find solutions to design issues. No matter what problem arose, she had an answer.
