Sam came out this morning and located and repaired the gas leak in our brand new see through fireplace (gas leak was caused by a factory defect). Sam did a great job, is very competent, professional and polite. I would highly recommend Chasco for all your plumbing and mechanical needs.

Everyone I spoke to, from the scheduling and office staff to the gentleman who actually installed the devices was super friendly and knowledgeable. A lot of concerns I had were addressed before I could even ask - and then anything I did ask was well and politely answered.
