From the initial contact with Taylor to the end of the service call with Rylan and Gage, my experience was superb! They all were very personable and respectful. I really appreciated how prompt Rylan and Gage were. I liked that I was given a specific time and not a window. Rylan and Gage explained the repair of my furnace in detail and even saved me some money on the labor. I will be using Victory for all of my heating and cooling repairs and will recommend them. We hired Victory Heating & Cooling, to do some plumbing work for us, that was needed when we remodeled our first floor bathroom. Scheduling was easy, & their technicians were on time, & very quick & efficient. They were able to come back several times, as we needed them to, during different stages of our remodeling project. Their work was very well done, as they also shared ideas with me, that helped me complete some of the work that I was doing. Good company with very good workers.

I recently bought an older house and had two separate problems occur that Victory was able to take care of for me. My toilet stopped flushing and I couldn’t figure it out on my own so I reached out to Victory. They sent two guys out after hours on a freezing cold day and they were able to diagnose the issue, point out other problems, and schedule a prompt appointment to get it all taken care of. A few weeks later my furnace stopped putting out heat. I called in the morning and was told they’d be out later in the day. The tech was ahead of schedule and able to come sooner than expected and within an hour and a half of his arrival my furnace was running properly again. Highly recommend! Furnace wasn’t working initially, they came over and just charged me for the service call which wasn’t bad considering all the other prices I’ve heard on service calls. My furnace stopped putting out heat the next day and they came back and fixed it free of charge. Incredibly kind and trustworthy guys!
