They were great to work with initially and were professional enough to give me a quote, but they never followed up after that. I called a few times and they assured me they had not forgot about me, but looks like they have. I was all prepared to pay for services, but now I'm back to square one.

After having my sewer drain unplugged multiple times in the course of a year by a couple of different businesses, Michigan Plumbing told me I would have to have my pipes replaced from the house to the road. They gave me an estimate over $5k to complete. Had Miller Bros. come to give estimate and theirs was half of that. They fixed it and the problem was resolved for several months. I then started having issues with the pipes from inside the house to the outside where it was previously replaced. Had it unplugged and was told that would need to be replaced now estimating $8-10k to replace because they would have to go under the concrete floor in basement to connect to outside of house. Had Miller Bros come out and they were able to reroute the sewer line, not having to break my concrete floo

Nice and friendly, but did not complete the project. Only did part of what we had agreed to have done for the price. Claimed he wasn't aware of the full agreement even though it was in our text message and on the check.

Wasnt sure exactly what I needed or how much my truck could haul but they helped with every step and had a very good price, I will always get anything I need here whenever possible and I highly recommend to anyone!
