The guy they sent out maybe said 4 words the entire time. Didn't tell me my total, just stood and stared at me. When payment went through, he just turned and left. Super weird dude. My dog sits in the same spot and has left a drool mark... the stain and smell is still there. The top/back of the couch isn't even wet, so he made no attempt to even remove the stain. I should have just rented/bought my own cleaner from Walmart; it would have been cheaper and probably cleaner. Definitely not good enough for the $150 they charged me. Do not recommend!!

We had a very large sectional cleaned at a very fair price. Patrick was very timely and did a great job cleaning and deodorizing. There were a couple of stains on the carpet he pulled for me as well. Highly recommend.

After 11 years of our kids (and many of their friends) hanging out in that level of our home, the off-white carpeting was embarrassingly gross! They focused on the marks, but still cleaned the rest. It looks SO MUCH better - presentable to all ages now. Very fair bid and a pleasant overall experience. I rarely post/review but I'm so impressed with the results!

I've known Ron for years, he runs a top notch quality service. Carpets dry fast and carpets stay cleaner longer. He is very responsive with his calls and is always on time.
