Ted from Chase's has come to our Walnut Creek home twice in the last two years to repair a window shade and a tall door blind. Ted is very knowledgeable about the older mechanisms and was able to replace worn parts and make them function as good as new. Emily at the store in Benicia was very helpful in demonstrating different alternatives for us to consider. We are quite pleased that we found Chase's Carpet and Blinds and highly recommend the company to others.

I purchased a home recently that came with three beautiful, but quite dirty, sheer Hunter Douglas Silhouette shades, one of which was broken. Someone referred me to Chase's in Benicia for the repair work. I was happy to learn that Chase's also does sheer shade cleaning. I had tried to clean them myself, and found it extremely difficult. After I dropped off the shades, Chase's finished the cleaning and repair promptly. I finally hung the cleaned and repaired shades yesterday. I am thrilled to say they all work properly and they look beautiful and brand new. I am so glad I was referred to Chase's to save these lovely window coverings! They did a fabulous job.

Hunter Douglas service help line referred me to Chase's when they didn't have the shade part that was broken. Chase's did have the part and fixed the Duette shade for less cost than my previous HD factory repairs. I also had all of my Venetian blinds cleaned and got a quantity discount. Further, Emily was able to get the Hunter Douglas warranty replacement done on another of my 22yo Duette shades. They sell Hunter Douglas products.

Chase's Carpets & Blinds is a godsend for anyone in need of prompt, professional and fully capable service for their Hunter Douglas blinds. Emily provided service a cut above, very much appreciated the manner in which she provided a service repair for a large mini-blind. The most reliable H-D repair outlet I have experienced.
