These guys helped us years ago with an install. Rob, particularly, worked with us the most and was terrific. Fast forward to now, we got home from vacation and found that our air conditioning wasn’t blowing anything but hot air. Keep in mind this was the afternoon of a Friday in July. We called and actually ended up getting Rob on the phone, as he’s the one who answered, coincidentally. That was just about 2 o’clock and by 2:30 another gentleman was calling to tell us that Rob was on the way and he would be here in 30 minutes. He was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of everything for us and it was excellent. We will definitely be calling them in the future for any needs that we have, including replacing the rest of our split system. Keep up the great work!

I was very impressed with Rob and his crew. As a fellow tradesman (in a different industry) it was nice to see technicians show pride in their work. Rob is very knowledgable and thorough. Him and his crew put in 2 very long days to change out 2 units (inside and outside) for us. The end result was clean work, thought-out pipe runs, well-sealed penetrations, and great and timely communication. What was really impressive is that Rob went out of his way and made a special trip (weeks after the work was complete) to return to our house and install start assists on the two new heat pump units. I can’t say enough about Rob and his crew! Extremely respectful and took the time to answer every single question my boyfriend and I had about the process. This crew is so knowledgeable and thorough...My boyfriend works in the trades and he said the work was impeccable. I had a brand new heat pump system mounted on the house foundation. When they left the insulation was repaired perfectly and they cleaned every spec of dirt before leaving the job. Rob answers every text and call immediately and is such a friendly guy who is willing to go above and beyond. You can just tell he CARES.

HVAC repair can expensive, so when we were told our whole system was shot (though it was still working well we just needed a tune up) we were shocked. We spoke to some friends and they said we should get a second opinion so we did and we went with Chavis Home Services. Rob was their representative and he was very informative, truthful and not pushy. I did not need a new system; some work but not what the other company was trying to get out of me. If you are looking for a reasonable honest company you should give them a call.

I on the other hand must give a negative review. I had Chavis HVAC replace heating and air unit on second floor which was located in my master bedroom attic .. His employee Eric Snyder who is now incarcerated in Harf Co Detention center stole approx $ 9000.00 worth. My husband wedding band, gold coin necklace, a rose gold diamond and ruby wedding band, 2 sets of 1 carat diamond earrings . My husbands ring and my gold coin and gold chain were recovered from Bel air gold and coin. This happened while Rob was supervising his employees @ my residence. This same person also went back to another clients home and stole “guns” This person is a known drug user and thief... Chavis’s insurance co. Called today to tell me claim will be denied Rob did nothing wrong. So his company is not responsi
