Chem-Dry of Four Seasons

After my mother's passing, I needed to get her house cleaned. Unfortunately there was a lot of damage from cats. I contacted Larry with the understanding that I don't have high expectations, and would like a "best effort" carpet cleaning. He responded promptly and professionally. He confirmed that the carpets were bad and couldn't guarantee the result, which I understood. Most of the carpets turned out nice, but one room wasn't salvageable. I was very happy with Larry's professionalism and promptness and would gladly refer him to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.

I met Larry many years ago ... I asked him to clean carpet in my rental property before new tenants move-in. He did his job professionally, quickly, accurately and inexpensive. After that I began to invite him whenever tenants moved out. He always arrives on time and does his job very well. Several times I invited him to my house, to clean sofas and carpets, and for little money we were getting things updated. I am very pleased with his attitude toward work and always recommend him to my tenants and friends.

We have been using Chem-Dry for many years and we have never been disappointed. Larry is always on time, he is a very nice person and great to have at the house, but above all, he does a fantastic job on our carpets, area rugs and upholstery. I highly recommend Larry and Chem-Dry, you will not be disappointed! Wish I could give him six stars.

After using Larry's services over almost 20 years at 2 homes, rental properties, and having him clean our church's carpets, not to mention recommending him to neighbors and on Facebook, I'm finally writing a review. Larry is professional, efficient, and the price is reasonable. I heartily recommend him to homeowners, tenants, and businesses.

I am so thankful for Chem-Dry. I called Larry after I returned home to find that my dog had gotten sick all over our brand new carpet and a very special handmade rug we purchased while living overseas. I had called several other companies and no one could come out for three days. I knew if the rug wasn't cleaned soon it would be ruined. Larry really didn't have time in his schedule but I think hearing the panic in my voice he agreed to come out. He cleaned both my living room carpet and the area rug and was able to get the poo and vomit stains out! I am so glad I called Chem-Dry and I appreciate Larry going over and above what was required of him. I would highly recommend Chem-Dry of Amherst!
