I had no water and a flashing red light on the box for tank. I called in the morning and Skillings had someone out to my house later that day. Within several minutes technician (Jackson) had determined that the driver box needed to be replaced. He provided me with a couple different quotes. He was able to replace the box and perform maintenance. Now I have water and better water pressure.

I called Skillings on Monday December 22rd (Christmas Week) yet they sent two technicians out to us the same week on Friday, December 26!!! Kyle was the senior technician. He was outstanding, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a mini education on well maintenance, tank & pump lifespan. He and his partner tested our tank pressure and replaced one gauge and another fitting and replaced water filter (our filter) as well. Water pressure is back to normal. Came quickly for what appeared to be a small leak but which was actually severe copper erosion due to small section of untreated pipe from well. They replaced the bad pipe and fittings with new plastic (PEX?) in less than 90min. Great, fast work to keep our water flowing.

We had them replace our well pump. Promptly they scheduled for the service next day. Two experienced crew members arrived and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. They were also patient to explain us the process and any questions I had for them. Replacing the pump took about an hour. I highly recommend the company and their service.
