I don't know where to start Mike at the Concord NH store was amazing with help to make a bench for a memorial for a friend of mine and his team made it custom and to what we wanted and more. It was made in a few months as they said it would be. Mike kept me informed the hole time. The day of delivery was as they said it would be. On time and there driver was amazing as well. We discussed were to back in and unload the granite bench. Then he set it up and seen the one next to needed a little love and adjusted it to make the two perfect. This is what I call service. We had such a great experience with Swenson Granite in Amherst. We needed a stepping stone (they call a Tread) in front of our house. Nick, in the office, is so nice and patient. He gave us the right advice for what we needed. The delivery was done by Chris. He showed up when scheduled. Chris was super kind and calm. He made sure the very heavy stone was exactly where we wanted it.to be laid. He made sure the stone was level. We appreciated the entire transaction. We would definitely use this company again and recommend them.- 5 stars from us!!!

Chris from Swenson delivered and helped install our granite step. Chris was great! He followed all safety precautions with the stone, took his time placing it and was very kind. It was freezing out! He didn't rush the job at all. We now have a beautiful new step that will last a VERY long time. Thank you so much!

The team at Swenson Granite Works in Amherst made my recent experience ordering and receiving a granite bench easy, informative and fun. Jason and Mark helped with the ordering and provided me with detailed guidance about how to properly prepare the site for my bench and the result turned out to be perfect. Chris, the delivery driver, was a real professional with that big truck and the heavy granite and set the bench so carefully in position. The result is a bench I have wanted for a long time. I truly enjoyed my experience with Swenson Granite.

Overall a great experience. The transaction of my two light posts was done over the phone, I didn’t have to physically go to the business location. The installation was smooth, the operator was professional and very knowledgeable. The only criticism I had was how expensive the peripheral products cost, ie; adhesive, pole caps, and fixture tenons.
