Horrible carpet cleaners. My carpet is brand new less than a year old and I paid 440 dollars to have the carpets cleaned in my home. When I returned home from work the carpets are still filthy. They clearly still have dirt in them because you can see the discoloration in the carpet. The carpet was crunchy and when I ran my steam cleaner over the area that was supposedly cleaned the water came out black. I moved all my furniture to have this done for an inspection in my home the next day and Chem dry totally screwed me and left me with filthy carpets. The only thing they offered to fix it was to come back over a week later to re do the dirty spots. 100 percent satisfaction gaurenteed is a lie. I’m 100 percent dissatisfied and I want them to refund my money! Beware do not use these guys they

I received a friendly appointment reminder a day ahead. Francisco arrived on time, and was friendly and helpful. He did a really professional, thorough job, making my old carpet look better than it has in years! I highly recommend Chem Dry of Santa Cruz, and especially Francisco.

Our carpet was a major job with coffee, wine and cat barf. I knew it was a job that would take time, he finished relatively quick. He was neat, took directions and I let him do his job. There are not enough stars for the results. The tech worked on those stains, now it looks so nice. If you have spots and old stains on your carpet, these are the people to call. Everything was perfect! If you have cat barf, call them! We have 10 stairs that were raggedy too. Now they are like new!
