Chester-Maple parking garage

This place is ridiculous. They send their little parking meter maids, scavenging, looking for any sort of little violation on your vehicle. If you do not have a front plate on your car, please do not park here or else these loser meter maid will write you $100 ticket.

Worst parking garage ever. 1st of all, the stairwell smells like urine and smoke everyday. The main elevator has been out of service for over a year. They let you buy parking for all day but will ticket you for going over the 3 hour limit. They also gave me a $100 ticket for a small part of my plate that is peeling, even though the numbers are completely readable. When you call to make your case, they tell you to show up to the appearance date to fight it. Paying $10 a day is bad enough, now I have to take a day off to fight a BS fine? The place is packed everyday, they make millions a year, they could at least fix the elevator and train their employees not to be snarky jerks!

DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE!!! Horrible old run down and smells like urine and cigarette ashes. This garage is actually much more worse than the City Center parking garage. Every time I came here since last year, it was atrocious. Unacceptable condition. To be honest, if I could rate 0 stars for this parking structure, I would do so without a doubt. Maybe this garage should be demolished soon. Not recommended one bit. You know what? In fact, this is actually the worst ever garage in White Plains. Just please avoid this dumpster if you can.

They need to have this garage open , so people can pay for their parking permits. The place in the galleria closes at 2:30, way before people get off work. This is annoying and crazy

Service was excellent. Fast and thorough. Everyone was curious and friendly.
