A+ service. Had a tough house layout and they researched a specific solution that worked with those constraints and found something under budget. Then ran into more problems during installation and found a way around them for a very clean finished product. Highly recommend!!!

Unreliable. Called 5 separate times all ending with okay we’ll call you back and then they never did. Also the one time they did send someone out the guy whined about having to go in the crawl space several times like that’s not his job. I’ll pay extra for a professional out of Syracuse 👍🏼

Had one of their techs come out to troubleshoot our mini split. Upon arrival he proceeded to tell me he would never heat his house with a mini split without a backup heat source. He then took what seemed like forever telling me that someone must have put stop leak in the compressor and it’s probably garbage. He was extremely unprofessional and took 3/4 of the time he was here bad mouthing other companies and products rather than diagnosing our issue. Then he charged us $125.00 for doing absolutely nothing and said he would be back after doing some research. That was over 2 weeks ago and no word. Unfortunately this company did the same thing when we had our furnace cleaned a few years ago. Telling us the furnace was discontinued and they would get back to us with a quote to replace it.tot
